Moliterno al Tartufo cheese
Pekorino Moliterno al Tartufo is made on the island of Sardinia of coast of Italy from milk of sheep with thick streaks of truffle. Prepared according to the classical Italian recipe from fresh sheep milk, has delicate aroma and gentle taste. Flavoring shades of cheese and truffles only emphasize refinement of a product. It is better to serve this cheese with wine which has neutral taste that it did not distract from a bouquet of flavoring feelings which are given by this cheese. It is well combined with grapes and fresh fruit.
Structure: cow's milk (30%), milk sheep (70%), salt, ferment, dairy enzymes, truffle (1%).
